Version: 2026-08-30
These terms are between you (an athlete using EndureMore) and EndureMore ("we," "us"), the operator of enduremore.co.uk. By registering an account, or by continuing to use the service after these terms are introduced or updated, you agree to be bound by them.
EndureMore is intended for use by people aged 18 or over. It isn't designed for, marketed to, or knowingly used to collect information from anyone under 18 — in part because it processes health information (special category data), which needs a level of informed consent a minor can't straightforwardly give.
EndureMore connects to your Strava account and turns your training data into AI-coached guidance — mission cards for individual activities, race-day fuelling plans, a daily health check-in, on-demand injury-prevention exercises, standalone "next mission" briefings, and goal-setting — grounded in your Strava activity history and the health background you provide at registration. Fitness & freshness, performance predictions, and your personal training heatmap are provided free forever, without a subscription.
EndureMore requires a Strava account, connected via Strava's own OAuth login — there is no separate password. We read your activity data and basic profile information; we never post to Strava on your behalf, and disconnecting your Strava account (via Strava's own settings) will stop us being able to read anything new. Your use of Strava itself remains governed by Strava's own terms of service, separate from these.
EndureMore is a training-guidance tool, not a medical, physiotherapy, or dietetic service. Mission assessments, injury-prevention exercises, fuelling plans, and check-in advice are AI-generated, grounded in your data and in general sports-science knowledge — they are not a diagnosis, a substitute for professional medical or clinical advice, and not tailored with the judgement a qualified professional would bring to your specific situation. Where the daily health check-in or injury-prevention page flags something as worth a physiotherapist's or doctor's assessment, that flag is exactly what it says — a suggestion to seek real professional input, not a substitute for it. You're responsible for exercising your own judgement about what training is appropriate for you, and for seeking qualified medical advice for anything that needs it.
Three features (fitness & freshness, performance predictions, your personal heatmap) are free forever, no subscription required. Everything else is free for your first 30 days from registration, then requires an active subscription at £4/month, billed and processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page — cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately, and you keep full access until then. Anything you've already generated (mission cards, fuelling plans, etc.) remains viewable after your subscription ends. We don't currently offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to:
The EndureMore name, logo, mission-card design, and the underlying coaching methodology and content are owned by us. Your own Strava activity data and anything you tell us remains yours — by using the service, you grant us a licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service to you, nothing more. You're welcome to keep and share the mission cards and other content generated for your own account.
Providing the service involves real third parties acting on our behalf: Strava (your training data source), Anthropic's Claude (generates the coaching narrative text — see the privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't sent to it), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (account emails). Each operates under its own terms in addition to these.
You can stop using the service, or cancel your subscription, at any time. A fully self-service "delete my account and all my data" option isn't built yet — this is a real, known gap given UK GDPR's right to erasure, not something we're pretending is already handled. Until it is, get in touch via the feedback page to request account deletion and we'll action it manually.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited. Beyond that, the service is provided "as is" — AI-generated coaching content can be wrong, and training always carries some inherent risk of injury regardless of the advice you follow. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from training decisions you made based on guidance from the service, given point 5 above.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use EndureMore after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version — material changes will be reflected in a new version date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — without prejudice to any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded.
If you registered before these terms existed, your continued use of EndureMore from the version date above constitutes acceptance of them.
