EndureMore

Helping you stay capable for longer.

Powered by the Capability Engine

EndureMore turns your Strava training data into coaching that actually accounts for you — not just pace and distance, but your health background, recent training load, and what's genuinely changed since your last run — so you can keep training well for years, not just chase this week's numbers.

Built for trail runners, hikers, endurance athletes, and anyone active over 40 who wants to stay capable as they age.

New here or a returning athlete — the same button either way. First time connects Strava and sets up your account; after that, it just signs you in. Don't have a Strava account? Create a free one first, then come back here to connect it.

An example Capability Engine mission card — mission, mission assessment score, coach's verdict, GPX-derived route trace, and session metrics on one card

A real card from the actual renderer — illustrative data, not a mock-up.

Every run becomes a mission card

Distance, pace and heart rate are just the start. Each card carries a mission assessment score, the coach's verdict grounded in your training history, and a GPX-derived trace showing exactly where you held mission pace — the same fixed layout every time, so you can compare sessions at a glance rather than re-reading a paragraph.

Strava tracks your run. We tell you what to do about it.

EndureMore connects to your existing Strava account — this isn't a replacement, it's what your training data can do once something actually reasons about it.

Reads the real shape of your run

A fast start followed by an easy finish still looks "easy" on paper — we detect the real structure (tempo, intervals, hill work) from the GPX data itself, not the average pace.

Health-aware from day one

Nothing on Strava asks about your health background or past injuries before telling you how hard to train. We do, once, at signup, and factor it into every recommendation.

Injury-prevention, not just injury-logging

Training-load spikes, real gap history, and reported niggles feed a proactive risk picture — plus on-demand exercises grounded in real sports-science guidance for what's actually bothering you.

Race-day fuelling plans

Carb/fluid/sodium guidance grounded in real sports-nutrition sources, tailored to your race's distance, course, and forecast — not a generic template.

Weather and race-day forecast, built in

Strava doesn't expose the conditions a run happened in to any app, including its own paid tier. We look it up independently and factor heat/humidity into how we read your pace.

A daily health check-in

A quick conversation, not a form, so niggles and fatigue get caught before they become an injury that ends a season.

Built with your data handled properly

Health-related services need visible reassurance, not just a policy link nobody reads. Here's what's actually true:

UK-hosted data

Your activity and health data is stored on servers located in the United Kingdom, not wherever happens to be cheapest.

Encrypted health data

Health check-in and baseline responses are encrypted at rest — the same protection used for your Strava access tokens.

Explicit, separate consent

Health data processing, service emails, and marketing are three genuinely different consents at registration, not one bundled checkbox — and you can withdraw at any time.

Why we collect it

Your training and health data is what the coaching is grounded in — without it, the core features simply don't work. Nothing is collected beyond that.

Full detail — including what's sent to Claude to generate your coaching (never your name, email, or Strava ID) and what isn't — is in the privacy policy, which is honest about what's still a work in progress rather than overclaiming.

Free to use

Built for anyone who wants to keep training well for the long run, not just get faster this month. Here's exactly what that costs — no surprises.

Free forever, no subscription ever

  • Your personal training heatmap
  • Fitness & freshness (training load trends)
  • Performance predictions
  • Age-graded scoring, parkrun-style

Free for your first 30 days, then £4/month

Everything the AI coach actually generates for you:

  • AI-coached mission cards
  • Race-day fuelling plans
  • The daily health check-in
  • Injury-prevention exercises

Also live: cadence-matched Spotify playlists, built from real exercise-to-music expertise — matching the tempo of what you're listening to your target pace. Currently a small-cohort beta rather than open to everyone, limited by Spotify's own developer platform policy, not by this app.

Frequently asked questions

Is EndureMore free?

Three features are free forever, no card required, ever: your personal training heatmap, fitness & freshness, and performance predictions — these are the things Strava itself only offers on its paid tier, and we think they shouldn't be behind a paywall.

Everything the AI coach actually generates — mission cards, fuelling plans, the daily health check-in, injury-prevention exercises, next-mission briefings, and goal-setting — is free for your first 30 days, then £4/month.

Why isn't everything free forever?

Every AI-coached feature makes a real call to Claude to generate your specific answer — that has a genuine, ongoing cost per athlete, unlike a static chart or calculation. £4/month covers that sustainably without resorting to ads or selling your data.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You'll be asked to subscribe to keep generating new mission cards, fuelling plans, and the rest — but anything you've already generated stays exactly where it is, still viewable, not locked away. The three free-forever features keep working regardless.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes — cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and there's a clear "Cancel my subscription" link on your subscription page, not buried in a support flow. Changed your mind after cancelling? You can resume with the same billing details, no need to check out again.

Do I need a Strava account?

Yes — EndureMore reads your activity history from Strava to ground every recommendation in your real training, rather than guessing. Strava's free tier is all you need to connect.

Is my health data safe?

Your health check-in and baseline responses are encrypted at rest, the same protection used for your Strava access tokens, and stored on servers in the United Kingdom. Full details are in our privacy policy.
